Step One: Take a generous amount of MITVANA DAILY MOISTURIZING LOTION on the palm of your hand and apply to the face & neck and any other parts of the body that need hydration such as arms and legs, elbows, and knees.
Step Two: Gently massage till absorbed.
Use twice daily in the morning after bath and once at night before going to bed.
